Council okays mini-pumper buy
Princeton Borough Council allocated $52,500 for the purchase of a “mini-pumper” fire truck at its June 14 meeting. The truck, which Borough Mayor Robert W. Cawley called useful for navigating “narrow woodsy driveways” in Princeton Township, will also be used in two parking garages proposed for Palmer Square.
Collins Development Corp., which is developing the square, will contribute $10,000 toward the cost of the mini-pumper.
