Fast Action Appreciated

To the Editor of Town Topics:

On behalf of the Princeton High School cast of “The Hollow.” I would like to thank the Fire Department for their prompt help this past Sunday afternoon. We were in mid- rehearsal for our fall production in the High School auditorium when someone noticed smoke coming from one of the curtains backstage.

As it turned out, the curtain had been too close to some lights and had caught fire. The Fire Department was notified and came immediately. The entire situation was put under control by their swift action.

With much appreciation from the entire cast.
