Dear Mr. Freda:

Thank you for participating in our June Fete 10K Race by driving the Fire Chief’s car as the pace car. The course marshalls’ reported that the flashing lights were a good signal to car drivers on the course route. The safety factor in the race increased a great deal this year with this new idea of your participation. Thank you very much.

Despite the huge rainstorm the night before, the race had a very good turnout: 790 registered runners. The monies raised will benefit The Medical Center at Princeton. It is about to embark on a renovation and construction project that will span several years. The June Fete 10K Race Committee is proud to participate in the project.

Thank you again for listening to Mr. David Long of Volvo of Princeton and agreeing to help make our 10K race a safe one. We hope to see you next year!
